It has been my experience that the spirit heart is accessed when we are focused more on HOW we do things, rather than how much we do or even what we do. Mother Theresa said [paraphrased] "Its not how much you do that matters, but how much love you put into it." I extend this to also include what we are doing. I have found it is often easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of excitement about all the new consciousness opportunities we are being offered. Many times when this happens we move more into a goal-oriented reality which is quantitative rather than being qualitative. The spirit heart is always qualitative and loving in its nature. It is the sanctuary we each have within us that is at one with the One Spirit, the Christos and ALL That Is. The eternal peace is found in this center of our being. In order to deepen our connection to spirit heart and sustain that connection we can re-prioritize our lives in such a way that our sense of accomplishment is derived from HOW we do things. If we are called upon to do something we would rather not be doing, we can view this as an opportunity to enter into spirit heart and do whatever it is with appreciation and love. When we do this, we turn what was perceived as a negative thing into a positive thing radiant with eternal particles of love singing the song of liberation. What would happen if a significant number of people on earth were to be able to successfully approach life in this way? Be with that for a spell, what comes to you?
