Most of the information available for download below appears elsewhere on this website for you to read online in html.

If you click on the NAME of the publications below that appear as links, that will take you to the information in that publication as it appears on this website in html.

If you click on either the (KB) PDF or (KB) E-FAX links, that will initiate a download of the appropriate version of the file so you will have a formatted and printable version to read more conveniently offline at your leisure.

The following downloads are either in Adobe PDF format, which will require that you have the freeware Adobe AcroReader installed on your computer, or E-FAX, which is self-contained and does not require any other software to view and print the files, or BOTH.

ADOBE NOTE: simply downloading the Adobe AcroReader software does not install it. After it is downloaded it will need to be installed by a qualified person.

E-FAX NOTE: once you have downloaded the E-FAX file, just go to where the file E-FAX now resides on your hard drive and double click on it. It will install a viewer and open in it. If the file does not open on the screen after you get the "E-Fax Installed" message, go back and double click on the file once again.
