I use a scientifically validated system developed by the Institute of HeartMath® in Boulder Creek, CA as a foundational basis for my work with helping people to deepen and expand their heart-centered spirituality. I bring my 28 years of experience in spiritual transformation and in working with the metaphysics of love into this journey for your benefit.

Many of the people I work with understand the spiritual principles involved in heart-centered spirituality but desire and need assistance in learning how to close the gap between their awareness and understanding of those principles and their ability to actually live them. This is my specialty and area of spiritual expertise.

As you embark upon this journey you will further discover and anchor your own heart-intelligence as a lived experience. It offers you the opportunity to improve your life, performance, creativity, relationships and to deepen your spiritual connections by learning to utilize your own intuitive heart intelligence as your implicit guide. You can expand your intuitive capacities in this journey and learn to live life more in the universal flow. Learn to be the master of your experience and there is nothing external to you that can interfere with your inner state of being. This is true spiritual sovereignty!

The journey consists of 10 one-hour private sessions by phone or in person, one per week for 10 weeks, plus time practicing on your own with the workbook and other exercises that deepen and anchor the journey. Includes the required course materials: a workbook, a text book and a music CD. These materials are integral to the foundational basis for this journey which is based on the HeartMath Method.
