This Art by Maia giveaway is to help us determine which of Maia's art pieces are most popular so we can narrow the art offerings a bit. We felt that returning something to those who were willing to help us with these determinations was in Divine Order. Thank you for participating.

The prizes are in 10.5x14 HI-Q prints as follows:

1st Prize: All THREE of your favorite Art by Maia choices entered below in prints as outlined above.

2nd Prize: The first TWO of your favorite Art by Maia choices entered below in prints as outlined above.

3rd Prize: The first ONE of your favorite Art by Maia choices entered below in prints as outlined above.

The deadline for entries for the drawing for the free Art by Maia is August 31, 2003. This entry form will be rendered inoperable after that date. The drawing will take place Saturday September 6th, 2003 and all winners will be notified the same day by e-mail [only]. The winners will also be posted here on this web page on or before September 8th, 2003.
